Return & Refund Policy

Returns If you regret your purchase, you must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we have sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you need to exchange a product (e.g., for a different ring size), please contact us at support@nordextech.com. We cover the shipping cost for sending the new replacement item to you.
